Art Residency at Akiyoshidai International Art Village.

I attended a two weeks residency program at Akiyoshidai International Art Villlage, Japan . As part of the residency program, I conducted a watercolor workshop to 10 participants from Yamaguchi prefecture. The response to workshop was great.

12 paintings and about 40 sketches were completed during my residency.

Akiyoshidai International Art Village, designed by the architect, Arata Isozaki, was founded in 1998 with the aim of providing a platform for artists in residence as well as for a variety of art forms and cultural activities.
