Art Residency at Akiyoshidai International Art Village.

12 Dec til 27 Dec 2015., I attended a two weeks residency program at Akiyoshidai International Art Villlage, Japan . As part of the residency program, I conducted a watercolor workshop to 10 participants from Yamaguchi prefecture. The response to workshop was great and one participant even wrote a letter to the director of AIAV and expressed immense satisfaction. Throughout my residency, I completed a total of 12 paintings and about 40 sketches.

I have personally donated 11 of the 12 paintings to the staffs of Akiyoshidai International Art Village. One painting went to a special friend.

Special thanks to the National Art Council of Singapore for supporting my residency. Many thanks to the good folks at AIAV for facilitating with my residency
